Cleaning has always been an essential part of running a vacation rental business and is even more important to maintain a clean and safe enviroment during these times. Sanitary epectations have changed sinificantly and is now one of the highest priorities for most guests.
Safety of everyone's health is our No.1 priority and we are prepared to ensure that our guests are safe during the COVID-19 outbreak. We are all in this together and we will ensure to do our part of preventing the spread.
Our cleaning protocols have been based off of guidelines from Airbnb.
Fully Vaccinated Staff
All of our staff are fully vaccinated and will be performing self-assessments via cell phones, every day before starting their shift. All staff cars will have non-contact thermometers equipped. In the event of any kind of symptoms, the manager will be contacted immediately and quarantine measures will be taken according to provincial guidelines and a replacement staff will head to cleaning site immediately.
Hand Wash・Appropriate Protection・Disinfection
This is the new normal during this COVID-19 pandemic and we ensure that our staff is washing hands and replacing gloves frequently and wearing a mask at all times. In addition, we will perform disinfection of all surfaces especially door handles, switches, remote controls, table surfaces and other frequently touched items.

Our staff will perform a COVID 19 self-assessment via cell phone and send it to the office every day before the start of work. The staff's car is equipped with a non-contact thermometer. In the unlikely event of a symptom, the manager will be contacted immediately and quarantine measures will be taken to follow the provincial guidance and a replacement staff will go for cleaning immediately.
